Democrats need to win 5 Republican held US Senate seats up for re-election in 2020 to get back in the majority.
AZ special(McSally-R) appointed incumbent, Likely Democratic Nominee Mark Kelly is astronaut who is the husband of former US Rep. Gabby Giffords-D
CO(Gardner-R) was first elected to the US Senate in 2014 by a narrow margin. Likely Democratic nominee John Hickenlooper is a recent former 2 term Governor.
NC(Tillis-R) was first elected to the US Senate in 2014 by a narrow margin. Likely Democratic nominee Cal Cunningham is a former state senator, US Senate candidate and veteran.
Other Republican held US Senate seats up for re-election in 2020 that Democrats need to win.
One or Both of the GA US Senate seats.
