4. No specific experience with the site, am thinking though

that it might indicate one of two things:

1. poor network performance? If you are on wifi, try to get closer to reposition wifi attennas/access points. Read the connection speed in windows settings app, ynder network, wifi, hardware info. Expected connection speed depends on your hardware.

2. Your OS/apps could use some updates.
Settings Windows Updates, Check.
Whatever browser you use see if it is up to date version.
Then after that, also open microsoft store/library page, check for updates.

Still no joy, try a different browser.
