5. I was in San Francisco many years ago,,,and the seals had taken over a beach then.

Years later, I was in San Francisco again, and this time they had taken over Fisherman's Warf. My guess is that this is very common. If someone from San Francisco is around, perhaps that person can verify my idea of seals taking over certain areas.
