3. Dunno. Back in the first stimulus check days, one had to go to a website and fill out

some information, but didn't have to do a full blown tax return in order to get the stimulus check. But I don't know if that was permanent, or if they were required to file a tax return later to finalize or something. I don't remember anything about the discussion around the 2nd stimulus check.
