1. Well, using egg shells instead of Tums

sure is cheaper! I cannot believe the cost of simple antacids these days. I lived with reflux for so many years that I did permanent damage to my esophagus, so I am now on prescriptions. I would be very willing to try this if I was still eating 10 or more Tums a day. But I am grateful that I don't have to these days.
