3. I get that Paul Warburg has a Youtube channel that seems consistent with facts. But who is he?

I tried hard to find anything about him--his background, education, any inkling as to why he considers himself both so vested in Ukraine v Putin and possessing expertise on the issues. All this may be true, but why is there no information on him available?
