1. I can't figure out why Ukraine's bombing of Russian oil infrastructure doesn't affect the oil markets?

Yesterday

Ukraine has greatly restricted Russian oil and gas production. I stupidly believed that the price of oil was set by the world stage.

Crude oil dropped the 43 times that Krasnov proclaimed a peace deal was imminent, but when Ukraine bombed a refinery or port nothing changed.
