4. Almost everything we know about the hijackings...

... comes from the passengers on the plane who made phone calls (and who are no longer with their loved ones), from the airline companies, the FAA civil service employees and radar systems, the people who witnessed the crashes, and the people who cleaned up the messes. Some of what we know about the hijackers comes from videos they themselves made in which they pledged to become martyrs, and from OBL and KSM.

Of course, none of that would be a problem for the "perps" to pull off -- in Hollywood, at least for script writers who write fantasies and aren't concerned about plausibility.
