this has to change. Men, get on the stick here. We have been trying ever since we were here on this planet to change this dynamic. It is obvious we need you to help us convince your brothers that we are not here for them to use without our consent (and this is only one part of the problem). Make no mistake, we are not going to quit this and we WILL get it done but we are tired of carrying the weight. 13%? Come on now.
