He acknowledges women are more emotionally mature than men. So, rather than being overly emotional or "hysterical" when we are finally pushed to our limits, that's just evidence of our advanced ability to manage our anger and frustration until pressed to express it. And men's emotional outbursts and attempts at control of other people are childish.

So glad even the flaming sexists of the Hungarian government can figure this out.
