asked my permission to use it and I think I recall signing something giving her permission. She would not use it unless I actually signed off on it. I guess she knows how to cover her behind. I honestly don't care if someone accesses records of my sessions (my therapist said they were very secure)

I suffer from PTSD and CPTSD
If someone wants to weaponize my illness, it's on them.
BTW, she still takes notes when something significant comes up.
