9. beef chuck roast with veggies, fresh rolls, and caesar salad

I usually add some Chinese red-cook seasonings to roast beef, like a bit of light and dark soy sauce, some Shaoxing wine, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, and black cardamomm, mostly to flavor the gravy.
