8. I reuse any plastic bags I can

I use big zip-lock bags for the bread I bake, use them several times. Washing, then air dry. I'll store smaller used clean bags in the freezer and use them when I repack big packs of meat. I use fresh bags for each portion, and the used bags for extra protection. I try to reuse, recycle all that I can.
