Good Morning all.

I awoke unusually hungry this morning and ate before finishing a mug.

Mini shredded wheat (no sugar) with unsweetened almond milk, blueberries and banana.

Edit to add: Ducky/Duckster was successful in politely and quietly requesting three pieces of cereal and a blueberry. The quiet was shattered when he ran out to protect us from the trash collection truck backing up the lane. That backup beep really gets him going.
