I need something hearty. Watching the winds out my window, and they are blowing the bamboo in ways I’ve never seen before. I hope the winds don’t take a power line down because we have another week of this record breaking cold.

I have turkey bacon. Might fry a few slices to have with a blueberry scone or toasted waffle.
