Thinly shredded cabbage, chopped spinach, minced red onion, red bell pepper, carrot, shredded apple, golden raisins, sliced smoked tofu tossed in a homemade apple vinaigrette dressing. Chopped toasted walnuts on top. Cheers! 🥂
