3. Pear ginger milkshake

Made with Bosc pears. Will add crystallized ginger in addition to a little grated ginger. Vanilla. This is going to be quite delicious, as the pears are at just the right stage for a milkshake.

Raisin-bran muffin, toasted.

A few toasted cashews.
