Thursday

I love the kind of new pickles you find in a Jewish deli. Just garlic cloves, Kosher salt, and filtered water. No cooking required. Refrigerate the jar for 48 hours and they're perfect. I live in a suburban part of Florida and you can't get these anywhere.
