5. I just changed from gas to electric stovetop amd couldn't be happier

I've used a convection oven for years, its faster and cleaner. Just got the induction stove top. It took a little bit of testing to figure out how to cook food but now that I've figured it out it's easier, cleaner, quicker and the food tastes better - never gets overcooked.

I found lot of videos and articles online on how to cook with electric. BTW, gas stoves are a huge source of indoor pollution. That was the main reason I wanted to make the switch.
