I have two Celtic tattoos (a Celtic cross and a dog) that I got back in the late 90s and early 2000s after visiting my ancestral homeland of Scotland. Sadly I have been told that Celtic (particularly the cross) tattoos are favored by white supremacists these days. I'm not getting rid of them though because of price, pain and the fact I'm not sure I'm willing to acquiesce to letting scumbags own such beautiful and meaningful imagery. I am indeed proud to be a descendant of ancient Celts and their rich culture. But the idea that that translates to some sort bond with all other White people is absurd.
