HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -
Hartford police said a home owner shot two suspects who attempted to break into his Tredeau Street home late Saturday night.
Police said they received calls just before 11 p.m. Saturday reporting a home invasion in progress at 109 Tredeau St. and that shots had been fired.
When officers arrived they discovered the homeowner was approached by two suspects who pointed a gun at him.
The homeowner, who is a legal pistol permit holder, was armed at the time of the incident and used his firearm to shoot the suspects several times.
