Supplying a firearm to someone who could not obtain one otherwise is a crime. This crime should never be plea-bargained away or reduced to a lesser charge as part of a deal. These criminals are a big part of why those of us who do obey the law are being targeted by the ant-gunners. There is no legitimate reason to provide firearms to criminals.
