So, the "AI summary" seems to be correct in this case, but did you actually check its claims? If you don't you'll likely eventually just be accepting AI summarizing AI summarizing AI ad infinitum. Good luck with that.

Regardless, the relevant point made in the FAQ is that if crimes are committed on the land that comprises the cemetery, Dutch law would apply. If there are anti-racism laws there that would apply to the removal of those commemorative installations, perhaps Dutch law might be applied to charge those who ordered such removals under the applicable laws if evidence might be gathered via FOIA.

Of course, I might be vastly wrong regarding the utility and possible effectiveness of such an approach.
