I would not worry about your posture while sleeping. You need to be comfortable, and besides, sleeping on your back can bring its own problems.

I think you're doing the right things.

If you have an orthopedic MD, you could consult with him/her to see if there's anything else that can be done. You might get advised to use a physical therapist for a while to get some conditioning.

Try to keep your shoulder blades pulled back; that will really help your posture.
