3. agreed. I think this is where being an astrologer versus a writer creates confusion

I don't know if she was trying to find a different way to say the same thing. Or trying to differentiate and unable to find the right words to do so.

I also wish Rick would chime in here and maybe help us understand how to interpret.

For example:

My natal Uranus is retro in Cancer at ~23 degrees. Cancer is "home & hearth." My Cancer house is 11th "friendships/allies/hopes & dreams"

My natal Pluto is Leo at ~24 degrees. So Leo is "vocation, status in community." My Leo house is 12th "destiny/karma."

My ascendant is at ~20 degrees Virgo, so depending on how you look at it, my houses change at 20 degrees of a given sign.

Aquarius is in my 6th house by sign, but can be 5th house by sign/degree, so either "service" or "creativity/pleasure."

Scorpio is in my 3rd house by sign, but can be 2nd house by sign/degree, so either "finances/possessions" or "kindred spirits."

I am taking it that with my sun in Scorpio at ~6.35 degrees, it increases the "volume" so to speak.
