I quit watching the news--and, quite frankly--TV in general. Someone here, I think it was Sheltie Lover, said awhile back that watching psychics discuss the news was the way they watched the news. That's what I've done as a result of reading that comment. It's so much better!!

When I watch the news, I watch it as a communications person and it's troublesome to me because I know how it could be phrased to be neutral. The neutral language is going on in my head the whole time I'm watching their biased version.

Consequently, watching TV news is rather draining for me. I don't like having to run corrections the entire time I'm watching.
