The word in this scene is that the current USA Executive in Chief (President) is in for a bumpy March. And other stuff leading up to the "Budget Deadline" the week of March 14th.

It is cycling a bit from last summer, a short one this march and a longer final transit 25-26. So might be lots of energy with this one focused over just a few weeks.
