meltdowns by the dozens.

Some days I feel like I'm really losing it and wonder at the sense in going on. But go on I must.

I managed to get sick a couple of days ago and it's progressed into some sort of upper respiratory / junk / cough/ irritation
so that's not helping with my mood at all.

I miss my Mum, and I miss my family at home in Ontario.

Instead of getting better it feels like it's getting worse some days.
