margins detail, and Obama is simply a shill for the big banks, then the "sequester" was planned and purposeful as a means of installing "austerity" upon the nation. "Whoops, can't fix things, sorry, gonna have to slash things for the poor" was what was done to several European countries over the last several years, detailing a pattern of purposeful abuse which could easily also be turned upon the US.
