LOUISA, VA (WWBT) -
The Louisa County Sheriff's Office says they have arrested the live-in boyfriend of a woman killed on Thursday.

Deputies say they found the victim, 39-year-old Rhonda Rowe, in her home after receiving a call around 9:30 p.m. about a possible domestic violence shooting on Lasley Lane. Rowe had been shot multiple times in the chest and arms and died at the scene.

Thomas Feaster is charged with murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a murder and possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony....
