4. I've seen more than one person with FFR status be reinstated (becoming Status: Active again) and posting again

FFR automatically happens after 5 Posts Removed (aka "hides" ) in 90 days. Basically some are reinstated by admins, and some are not.

Some become PPR (Posting Privileges Revoked) and I haven't seen any of those ever reinstated.

I've noticed the ones in question haven't posted in well over 90 days. AllyCat Saturday #7
