Simply set forth my monthly benefit amount, eligibility for survivor benefits, Medicare & that sort of thing.

I just looked at it again to ensure I didn't miss a request for me to log on. Nothing like that.

Save the letter you received. We might all need them to prove what is owed to us!

One thing I found particularly important was a statement (on page 2 of 3) that benefits are for life.
