If there’s to be cannabis reform it’ll definitely have to wait until the next Congress. It’s certainly not going to be this one. After all that is done it would have to survive Trump, who will definitely veto said bill. Trump is, big surprise, when it comes to cannabis, a typical, run of the mill, anti cannabis Thuglican. His early talk of “legalize all drugs” was just that; talk. I don’t think he was ever, truly, liberal. I think he was evil then as he is evil now.
