It's just that he doesn't have his father to bail him out anymore, so it's us, the American taxpayers. According to Mary Trump's book, his father tried to bail out one of his casinos. So he sent his driver there to buy $3 million worth of chips. But not only did the casino go under anyway, but his father had to pay a fine since he didn't have a gaming license.
