If you watch this video, watch the whole thing. Cooking vegetables is critical. Also, I have read that there is no human to human transmission known, as the spores excreted in stool are not infectious. In a nutshell, they need to return to the environment to achieve maturity and infectivity. May help if caring for someone who becomes ill.
