I complletely MISSED that reference to Don Quixote jousting at windmills and this BANDIT PRESIDENT also "having issues" with wind power. LOL!!!
He (or possibly MANY of his rich friends and money-props) have a LOT of money invested in gas ..."Drill Bany Drill" moguls.
