DOJ Violates Epstein Law by Releasing Victims' Names - Glenn Kirschner

Donald Trump's Department of Justice henchman, Pam Bondi and Todd Blanche, are violating the federal law every minute of every day. Specifically, they are violating the Epstein Files Transparency Act in multiple ways.

Beyond this illegality, Trump's DOJ just did something that makes the full release of the Epstein files far more likely. They directly, inexcusably and horrifically re-victimized the victims of Epstein's crimes by releasing their names publicly, when the law required that the names be redacted to protect the identity of the victims.

The harm to the victims undoubtedly will give them standing to sue the Department of Justice and seek the appointment of a special master to review ALL of the Epstein files, a development that makes the full release of the files highly likely.
