punishable by death, to be administered immediately on-the-spot (without benefit of any slow stodgy judges or anything) by ICE agents.
But perhaps it may have occurred to someone that killing a driver and leaving the car in the street causes its own traffic obstruction. (Nah, they're not that smart.) Or maybe just that "death by firing squad for minor traffic offense" didn't go over so well when they used it on Renee Good.
