Are the republicans also going to take away access to IVF? [View all]

If not Elon, then who will be the one to KILL IVF access?

Elon and his band of marauders have kicked in doors all over Washington. Why would you expect them to stay out of your bedroom?

Concerns about the status of IVF persist due to legal challenges and the positions of some conservative groups. For instance, in 2024, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that frozen embryos are legally considered children, a decision that complicates IVF practices and raises fears about potential restrictions. Additionally, elements within the Republican Party have advocated for "fetal personhood" laws, which could pose threats to IVF access.

While Trump has expressed support for IVF, his administration's policies and the actions of certain conservative factions have created a complex landscape. This has led to debates and legal challenges that may indirectly impact the availability and practice of IVF in the United States.
