Americans Want Trump to Obey Court Rulings
(Political Wire) The vast majority of American adults believe the Trump administration must comply with federal court orders, though the presidents strongest supporters are split over the issue, according to a new NBC News Decision Desk Poll. In the poll, 81% of U.S. adults say that if a federal court rules that an administration action is illegal, then the administration has to follow its ruling, while 19% say the administration can ignore the ruling and continue its action.

(The Guardian) Doctors at Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) hospitals nationwide could refuse to treat unmarried veterans and Democrats under new hospital guidelines imposed following an executive order by Donald Trump. The new rules, obtained by the Guardian, also apply to psychologists, dentists and a host of other occupations. They have already gone into effect in at least some VA medical centers.

Records show Boelter registered to vote as a Republican while living in Oklahoma in 2004 before moving to Minnesota.

(Raw Story) U.S. Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT), an ally to President Donald Trump, is in hot water over a social media post. Lee on Sunday took to X and posted a photo of a man accused of posing as a police officer and shooting two Democratic lawmakers and their spouses. Along with the image, Lee confusingly wrote, "This is what happens When Marxists dont get their way." The comment seemingly contradicts a statement by the alleged shooter's best friend, who suggested the suspect is a strong supporter of the president.

Walz said during a press conference that lawmakers in the state worked toward compromise year after year because of Hortman, who was slain along with her husband, Mark, at their home. His remarks came after President Trump in a weekend interview called the shootings a terrible thing. In remarks with ABCs Rachel Scott, Trump also referred to Walz as a grossly incompetent person.
