A couple squads (?) seem to be trying but mostly everyone looks irritated and bored.
It just looks like it was thrown together at the last minute. Not a good look for the country that spends more on defense than anyone else.
Trump wanted his Kim Jung Ill moment. Instead he got 1997 Macy's Day Parade.
