Anyone here following the Karen Reid story? She was accused of murdering her [View all]

boyfriend by running him over...the crime scene was not secured. There was all sorts of evidence that led many to believe she was being railroaded. It sounds like the victim got in a fight with one of his police buddies who punched him...he died. They dragged him into the snow and decided to frame Karen Reid...two trials. The first one a hung jury...one juror. But they tried the case again. This time the defense had more evidence that had likely been withheld. Today she was acquitted of murder...got a DUI with a year of probation. The corruption in this police department and I think the prosecutors and police were in on it...Even the judge seemed biased. When she was acquitted there were tons of people who cheered. I don't think anyone was on the side of the prosecutor who did a terrible job...but he had little to work with really. I think she was railroaded by a cops, prosecutors and maybe even the judge.
