...so much for the 'Garland is a republican' lie.
Almost ALL of the evidence ultimately used in the indictment was obtained by Garland prosecutors, the bulk of whom moved to work under Smith, and successfully defended by them in myriad, sucessive court hearings packed with republican and Trump judges.
Calling Garland a republican is an argument that can only be accepted by people completely ignorant of the facts.
