5. So how many people have been prosecuted for filing false reports?

Where's the discovery?
Where's the chain of custody?
Where's the investigation?
If the NSA (and others) have been hoovering up our messages for years, they must be able to cross-correlate them to actual people. Wasn't "parallel construction" a thing? (albeit probably illegal at the time).

Like everything from DOJ, it appears to be baseless BS.
