Any suggestions to stop the constant text.Asking for money [View all]

It just keeps getting worse and worse.I block numbers, a text stop.And they just keep coming more and more , it's very annoying somebody ought to tell them to stop it I give when I can to who I want to, but this Constitute bombardment of asking for money is turning me off
