...Dan Jansen fell during his 1994 Lillehammer Olympic 500m race. A total dumbass reporter asked Jansen's coach "Was the ice too slippery in the corner?"

The coach glared at the reporter and snarled, "Ice is always slippery."

A real, "No shit, Sherlock," moment.
