You got a $20 bill and confirmed via Google it's a 1993 $20 bill, and yes the currency looked considerably different back then, esp. the size of the POTUS's faces were smaller, centered, with an oval frame around them. Still legal tender, there are still old bills from back then in circulation (though I've not gotten one in an ATM in a long time I must admit)
