But bringing a 14 month old dog on a 'hunt' is not at all uncommon practice. Just isn't. Now, what kind of 'conditioning' or training this animal had prior to this first outing - obviously bears heavily on this - and equally obviously, I have no way of addressing. And - regardless of which - none of this stands to make Noem any kind of 'owner' or dog person ... But, just on the face of it - at least regarding dogs and hunting - Tillis talking out of his butt ... (again)
