4. They are taking one fact and creating fantasy around it

Fact: the hospital has transferred some L&D services to prepare for an influx of casualties.

Fantasy: such casualties must exist
-they may or may not, the hospital is preparing

Second fantasy: since the casualties must have come from somewhere, the base in Bahrain has been destroyed.
-this is made up with only the first fantasy as evidence

Hint- casualties must be transported to the hospital. If you are looking for proof of massive casualties, watch the airfield not the hospital.
