When I said below that there was no way to know from the publicly available information, your response wasn't an acknowledgement that it hadn't been proven - but an assertion that he was charged with reckless driving. You have repeatedly asserted that reckless driving is serious and needs to be punished, without any apparent awareness nothing in any description I have seen describes reckless driving, and that charges do not mean that he actually was driving recklessly. Taking your assertions as a whole, it seems to me you are conflating charging a crime with the commission of a crime.
